Well taken care of, sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 snugly, has what you need and most of what you want. Pulls awesome behind my old V8 dodge, has tv, Bluetooth radio, gas filling station, electric jumping jack beds that convert to sofas. No pop-outs, I have 2 extra deep cycle batteries, (don't know if they're still good but you're welcome to them) and propane tanks for it. the generator is negotiable. Paid $27,000 for it, have owners manuals, and most the stickers haven't been taken off of things, fridge is clean, heater is adjustable, and ac is cold (as of when we put it away). I don't know how awesome his trailer is because I really haven't used it!
