I bought this roughly 9 months ago... My family and I lived in it for 7 months while I built my home. I have never taken it camping or off road. I bought it in Saint George pulled it to Mapleton that's as much as I've ever pulled it... Everything works as it should never have had one problem in the 7 months we were in it.. The 2 things I would say are wrong with it is that the couch is seen better days and there are 2 ac units the center one needs work or replacement. I'm asking $45k
