Used this trailer in the West Desert last year, but have moved across state. This trailer pulls easily with the 4 point sway bar, included with the purchase. The black water have never been used. A lot of nice things are standard with this model. One slide out with two entrances. One of the nice things I like about this model is the bathroom is in the middle and separates the bedroom from the kitchen/couch area. The specs are included with the pics. Will also throw in a 100 lb. propane tank (23 gallons). Also has a $2,000 protective weather coating from Camping World.

 

Having two entry/exit doors allows everyone to enter directing into the living/kitchen area or the master bedroom offering convenience and safety.  And you might even like to sneak out one one of the exit doors to take a walk after drinking your coffee in the morning while your spouse sleeps in.  When it is time to make breakfast, the L-shaped kitchen offers full amenities as well as a refrigerator next to the U-shaped dinette to be able to grab your orange juice before sitting down to eat.  The walk-through bathroom offers quick entrance from the bedroom or the main area, which is super handy especially at night.  And you can offer sleeping space on the couch and dinette when the grandkids come to visit.
