I'm a remodeling contractor and I just finished all the cosmetic upgrades inside.

 

I've used this RV while I rehab houses. It's been gently used and rarely towed.

 

Yes the RV is a 2014. But in my opinion, the interior is better than new.

 

The carpet is all brand new with real pad... kick off your shoes and walk around. You'll notice the difference!

 

Both bathrooms have new quartz countertops with porcelain sink and new faucets.

 

The rear bathroom has a brand new RV toilet. In the master I decided to go with a regular household toilet.

This is not a salvage RV by any means, it's never had any accidents.

 

I live in Heber but I believe it is well worth the drive.

It's very difficult to appraise RVs, and I don't see one comparable that lists being fully remodeled and having all repairs completed like new.
