Trailer is 40' long, 12.5' garage with a second bathroom in the garage, double bunk electric beds, washer and dryer hook up's. This trailer has the full double slides in the main living area so the living room is massive. It has the L shaped couch, and also a double couch on the other side, with a dining table that seats 4. All seats in the living quarters are leather heated and massage chairs. Electric fire place that will heat the whole room up, 55" smart TV with Roku, dvd, blueray, surround sound, as well as speakers that go through the garage and master bedroom. The kitchen in this trailer is great! It has a nice gas stove, big oven, nice microwave, full size fridge, pantry, big sink, slide out cupboard that has storage and also a cutting board on it. You can cook a whole meal with no issues, the fan above the stove works great. Plenty of storage in the living room with cabinets above the tv, above the couches and the pantry. The master bath, which has a glass door shower, real porcelain toilet, plenty of storage, upgraded shower head, sky light, automatic fan as well. Master bedroom has a great queen bed with a ton of storage underneath it. Above the bed is storage cabinets and each side has a night stand with more storage, closet has two separate sides to it with room to hang clothes and two drawers in the bottom of them as well. This trailer has 3 ac units that can all run off the 5500 onan generator at once which keeps the trailer nice and cool in the summer time. Heating is no issue in this one too, all rooms have multiple vents along with the fireplace in the living room. Onboard Onan generator will run for days running everything on the trailer the whole time. We have taken it out to the ranch and never turned the generator or ac units off for 4 days and never went through a whole tank of fuel. Trailer has an onboard fuel station. One fuel tank for the generator which is 30 gallons and the fuel station fuel tank is 30 gallons as well. Outside shower, black tank flush for both bathrooms, you can haul over 100 gallons of water in the trailer between the fresh water tank and the auxiliary water tank as a back up, never run out of water or water pressure, 12 gallon water heater will never let you run out of hot water! Garage door doubles as a patio with a screen to the garage to keep bugs out. Led lighting all around the trailer as well as an outside tv with great speakers. 4 awnings on the trailer makes it easy to stay in the shade all day and help keep the trailer cool in the summer, all awnings are electric with zero rips or tears. We put brand new heavy duty tires on the trailer last spring and they maybe have 1,500 miles on them, all axles were repacked and serviced in October as well. Touch screen monitor panel with every function available, central vacuum as well. 6 point automatic hydraulic leveling and stability. Push a button and the trailer levels itself in seconds. Trailer has always been serviced at General RV in Draper. Always professionally winterized and DE winterized every year as well. Trailer will fit 4seater razor or other side by side.

The wife and I planned to go fulltime after kids moved out but things have come up and it's time to let it go. We have slept 8 people in the trailer between the two beds in the garage, loft bed, couch and master bedroom and have never had a single issue. You won't be disappointed.
