Selling our virtually new 2022 Heartland Mallard IDM312 camp trailer, 36 total feet. The standard version is the M312 but Heartland makes an IDM version for Idaho specifically that has a few extra tweaks that help with the colder weather. From what Camping World told me, it's not quite a full cold weather or arctic package, but it's similar. Only selling cuz we simply didn't use it like we had planned on. We bought it March 15, 2023 and patiently waited for warm weather. Even though by June it was warm enough, for us, we ended up only going TWICE, out of the 10+ times we had planned on. So this thing only has 2 uses, which is why it still looks amazing and smells new. It comes with all of the accessories & essentials you need cuz I paid an extra $2,200 for their Extended Stay Package, which comes with everything you can think of for upkeep/operations, plus a multitude of other things, and I upgraded both batteries to Deep Cycle Marine. The propane tanks are still mostly full. I also added their 5 year exterior paint/surface protection package ($1,300) that keeps it from peeling or yellowing, and helps bugs, dirt, etc. wash off easier (similar to ceramic coating your vehicle). It essentially eliminates the need for a cover too. I'm not trying to make any money on it at all, just trying to get what I owe and, if possible, recoup a fraction of what I’ve dumped into it. I've attached pics of book value and all of the specs it was built with, but J.D. Power doesn't list the IDM312 option so I was only able to pull values based off of an M312. The MSRP on my specific IDM312 trailer was actually $56k+ (I'm happy to dig up that paperwork if needed), compared to an identically optioned but standard M312 ($52k+) that I used to pull values.....since mine is the ID package + light weight package, etc. Average Retail now on a standard M312 with the same options, says $44,050 and Low Retail says $36,545.....but again that's based off of a model that's already $4k less than an IDM312 to start. Plus, mine comes with everything you need that is all essentially new, AND the paint protection, and I'll throw in tire covers that are new in the box. I also bought a Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/Sway Control - Trunnion - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW (C17500) that I might be willing to part with for the right sale price on the trailer, it's only been used twice (paid $650 for it last Spring, but for reference you can get um for $600 right now).
