2003 County Coach Magna 40'

Beautiful 40' Country Coach Magna in excellent condition. Diesel pusher with a Cat C12 motor and 50k miles. Six newer tires on the back (2023 manufacture date) and good tires on the front (2020 manufacture date). Six new AGM batteries as of Jun 2024. Lots and lots of recent maintenance (happy to provide receipts from Olstrom's in Tucson) including all new airbags, complete chassis inspection, tune up of Hurricane heater, service on generator, and fixes on some simple stuff. It starts and runs perfectly. We just got back from a 750 mile trip to Colorado and it performed perfectly. Two slide outs, four awnings, large Dometic refrigerator, two Dometic AC/heat pumps, Hurricane heater, water heater, large shower, solid walnut cabinetry throughout, no smells or stains, no leaks anywhere, windows are all in great shape, blinds on every window, porcelain toilet, two vanity sinks, microwave/convection oven, gas stove top, nice sized kitchen sink, loads of storage underneath and inside, washer/dryer combo, new headlights, LED lights inside the coach. A couple of things the new owner may want to address: The HWH leveling system does not light up (although the coach seems to level itself when parked). The travel light comes on but the other lights do no. A few spots on the paint appear to be getting soft - nothing has peeled but the little cracks are appearing. We have not tried the ice maker or the washer/dryer so can't comment on if they work. This is a spectacular coach that rolls down the road very nicely. It is super comfortable to stay in. With a full-price offer I am willing to meet someone near Salt Lake City or Las Vegas airport. I have lots of additional pictures in a google drive that I am happy to share with interested buyers. The coach has a salvage title because of a small fire in the electrical bay many years ago. I am happy to share pictures of the electrical bay. This has not caused us any issues.
