Onboard 40 gal. fuel station and dedicated fuel tank for gen. Master switch for fuel pump is inside so fuel cannot be stolen. 120 gallons fresh water capacity and large galley, grey, and black holding tanks. Dual 7 gallon propane tanks and new 14 PR load range G tires including spare. This trailer is fully equipped to dry camp for weeks. New dual 6V batteries provide power for days without the need for the generator, if batteries are low the generator will power the coach as well as charge the batteries. LCI level-up six point hydraulic system; level the trailer once unhooked from the truck with the touch of a button. Hydraulic powered slides, over 30 ft of awning coverage on the door side with LED light strips in the tube to keep bugs away from the door. Equipped with washer/dryer hookups, onboard central vac, air conditioning and forced air heat. The loading ramp converts into a patio with another powered awning off the back and a full width pull down bug screen. The patio also comes with a full fence to keep the little ones in (not in pics). 10 ft+ garage length and 96 in wide with a sliding glass door separating the garage from the living area (not in pics.) Electric dual queen beds, the lower converts into split bench seats and large dining table. Overall length 37 ft (not too big, not too small) with some of the best and durable construction in the market. Added on was a 2000 W/4000 W surge Aimes inverter; outlets were ran to the bedroom and the living room of the coach so you can watch movies without the need to run a generator all the time, as well as the storage area to run an electric smoker (traeger/pit boss). If you use propane grills, there is a quick disconnect propane attachment so you don't have to carry an additional propane tank. I am the original owner and this trailer has never had to go to the dealership for service or warranty work and everything works. This trailer is ready to go.
