There is an extra room that provides a desk, drawers and closet storage, and room for a small bed or love seat with a bunk above, and there is a loft above for even more sleeping space or storage.  The front master bedroom provides an RV king size Sleep Number bed, both sides adjust separately with a remote, the room also has a large closet and six drawer dresser. There is also a pullout ottoman drawer at the end of the bed, and lots of under bed storage space. The bed has easy lift and close hinges. The room has a TV, and extra closet with stacked Splendide washer and dryer.

The living room has a large sofa that folds out into a queen size bet. Their is also a loveseat, and next to that there is a large open space that can be used for an office, kids play area, dog area, or it is large enough to add a small dining room table for extra eating space. The living room also has an electric fire place, plenty of storage (there is even a hidden compartment behind the mantle of the fireplace), and lots of lighting including many different options for accent lighting.

The kitchen has a stainless steel cooktop, built-in oven and convection microwave.  The large kitchen island has plenty of counter space, double stainless steel sinks, four large drawers and cabinet storage space under the sink, and has a fold-out built on extended bar table for dinning. There is also a stainless steel 18 cu. ft. four door refrigerator which can switch from gas to electric or use both, with two auxiliary fans installed on the outside for those hot summer days over 100 degrees. The large pantry allows you to stock up on food. The buffet adds additional counter space, and lots more over head storage.

The tires are still like new at about 90% tread, due to not moving trailer much. Has 6 hydraulic powered pistons to level the trailer on any surface, with user friendly control panel. Heated gray tanks and black tank for cold seasons. 12 gallon hot water heater that can be used electric or propane , or both for endless hot water. 50 amp electrical service. 93 gallon fresh water tank capacity for dry camping. 50 gallon black water tank. 100 gallon grey tank capacity. 40000 BTU Propane furnace, you’ll never get cold in winter. Two 30000 btu A/C units that are stealth ac systems known for how quit they are.

We ordered this trailer straight from the manufacturer in March of 2019, now it is time to sell it, as we no longer have a need for it nor a place to store it.
