This is a very nice unit! This motor home is so cool, you can park it anywhere because it is the size of a parking space, it is only 19 feet long. You might want to think about that for traveling and sitting in the drive way, you don't have to plan your trip out because of the size , the bigger the harder to travel around. Fits in the drive way nice. I don't want to sell this motor home because I have done a lot of work to it. But I am having bad health problems. The only reason I am selling is because I am on oxygen 24/7 and it is a little to scarry to be out.

No fear of COVID here, I have had both my shots. You can get out and not be around people , the only time you are some what close to people is when you get gas.

The motor is a 350 with plenty of power for the hills. New rear brakes and Park brakes, new rear axle seals and rear end oil . Front brakes at 75% or better; should last quite awile. Set up with batterie tenders to keep up the charge on the batteries ,2-50 ft. power cords to go with it.. Tune up 4500 miles ago. Electric windows and mirrors. It has air bags on the back, which helps with road curves and the wind. All the shocks are new and the back ones are coil over shocks. Power inverter. Coffee maker. TV with CD player. Tires with chrome wheels that only have 4500 miles on them. Generator only has about 110 hours on it and runs excellent. Equipped for your home XM radio. Has a small portable heater for sleeping warm. Clean shower with new shower curtain . Fridge and microwave oven work great. Transmission oil is new. Just changed engine oil (synthetic oil , no miles on oil change). Just greased the front end. RV ramps to level the RV with a bouble level. Has a jack and electric impact gun for if you have a flat tire, will need sockets. Has 2 cooking pans and plactic knifes and forks, dish soap, paper towels, matches and hand electric stove starter. New cab batteries. It also comes with a cover for winter. It is dependable and has to be because I am on oxygen 24/7. Not one problem in 4500 miles.
