This trailer is in excellent condition. It has an great floorplan that uses all of the space provided efficiently. There are two queen size beds and the ability to make the dinette into a full/queen size bed if needed. Since this is a toy hauler both the dinette and upper queen size bed can be raised to allow large items to be stored inside then lowered for use with the touch of a button.

The galley kitchen is well laid out with good counter space. The deep sink has removable inserts to adjust counter space as desired and a “real” kitchen faucet. There is a three-burner propane cook top, propane stove and microwave. There is ample storage for cookware and flatware. In addition, there is a large refrigerator with a separate freezer that runs on both propane and shore power.

There are two padded lounge chairs that swivel and rock with removable table between. A large flatscreen tv is part of the entertainment system that has Bluetooth, cd/DVD, usb, etc. with inside and exterior speakers.

The bathroom is very well laid out. Porcelain toilet, roomy shower, and good-sized sink. There are two pocket doors to access and provide privacy.

The master bedroom is isolated by a pocket door with the queen size bed housed in a slide out. There is ample storage for both folded and hanging clothes. There is a nice large mirror as well.

As for the electrical system the trailer has shore power, a 460 watt solar system with two deep cycle batteries and a Cummins Onan on board generator which shares a 40 gallon fuel tank with a dedicated gas pump for motorized toys. All lights are LED.

Heating and cooling are taken care of by the forced air furnace and ducted air conditioner (works with shore power or the generator). Both are controlled by a digital thermostat.

As for the outside there are electric stabilizers, electric tongue jack, LED lights on all sides, and electric awning with LED light. There is also a large storage compartment on one side and a moderate sized one on the other. The on-board generator is very easy to access and service.

This camper has been exceptionally well maintained and has been stored at my personal residence. All fresh water, grey water and black water tanks have been drained after each use. In addition, the water heater and entire fresh-water system have also been drained between uses.

The camper will come with fresh water supply hose, grey/black water discharge hose, 30-amp shore power connector and a load distribution receiver hitch. Title in hand, it’s ready to go!
