This is a brand new trailer. We bought it new with the intention of living in it, but due to unexpected life circumstances we never got that far. This is a very clean, very spacious trailer. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft. There are four slide outs with special topper covers for all of the slide outs. It has a good sized bathroom and shower. The trailer has an on-demand water heater installed. There are dual batteries installed in the front compartment as well. The trailer currently has on board solar, with the option of adding additional panels later. There’s an outdoor kitchen set-up, as well as outdoor lighting, and speakers. There's covers for all 4 pop-outs. There’s space in the main bedroom for a washer/dryer. There’s places to hang a TV in both bedrooms. The same model new goes for $87,000.
